A CASED 52-BORE PERCUSSION SELF-COCKING SIX-SHOT REVOLVER, MODEL 'WEBLEY-BENTLEY TYPE', no visible serial number,
circa 1852, with Birmingham proved octagonal 6 1/4in. barrel, muzzle with borderline engraving, articulated loading-lever mounted to the left side of barrel, plain cylinder with fenced nipples, borderline and scroll engraved open iron frame, spur-less hammer with thumb safe, chequered walnut grips and guarded trigger, traces of probable original finish, complete with a period mahogany case, re-lined and compartmented in green baize and containing a reproduction flask, a brass bullet mould, a nipple-key, a cleaning rod, tins for caps and lubricating compound and an oil bottle, all period except the first
